Back to the basics: Throwing the jab

TrainingIconThe first punch most boxers learn when they walk into the gym for the first time is the JAB.  This is not by accident.  The jab is the most important punch in boxing, because there are several uses for it; range finder, set-up a power-shot, as a stop-hit, etc..  In the following video, I demonstrate the basic form for the jab, the double-jab, the jab to the body, and the upward-jab.  Be sure to visit the JAB section of the site to learn more.
