Just want to state that I'm not an MMA fan, I think the sport lacks class, but they made an awesome mouthguard for it that keeps your TMJ (right next to your temple) healthy for longer and reduces shock to your brain. If you were to use it during training, you would be that much healthier by the time you got in the ring. I bought two of these for training(when I find someone down here to train with lol)

When you get it, play with the one you DON'T want to use and find out how long it needs to be in the water to get the best fit. Then, just repeat with the one you like more. With coffee pot water, it takes 120-130 seconds submerged.
