Started sparring last saturday with a friend. After an hour of sparring and each of us receiving black eyes I realized that not only was this an exciting and fun way to exercise but I also learned a lot about this wonderful sport. I learned that I have a lot more to learn!

Today I sparred with a new opponent. I was able to control the center of the ring this time. Loving it!
