After hitting today I decided to do an additional 6 - 2 minute rounds. Each one of those rounds I used 1 type of punch and hit 10reps x 8 in the 2 mins. When I did a left rear overhand I felt more comfortable than the right rear over hand. I also feel my lead right hook is better than my left lead hook. Am I a southpaw???
