Equipment 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 1
I'm not trying to overstep my bounds as a new guy on the forum, but I think it would be a good idea to have an Equipment and Self Care category so that people can set each other up for success on things like:

which kinds of equipment provide the best protection

debating on equipment best to use in your first fight, in training, etc.

pointing out bargains on equipment going on to help out people who can't spare much from their budgets (like myself).

Supplements, exercises, and advice that can promote healing from injuries (EG, I'm in the Army, and if someone were to get knocked out, a military doctor would not prescribe brain-rest unless it was specifically asked for. A military person who didn't know this could be at a disadvantage(albeit a slight one) if they pursued a career in boxing after the military)

THAT'S EXCELLENT! That's what I've been looking for: input. That's a great topic and will see if I can get the category set up in a few days with links to various brands of equipment! Thanks for the idea!
