Matthew Saad Muhammad is buried in an unmarked grave.

saadDo you remember Matthew Saad Muhammad?  If you’re a fan of boxing, you should.  He was an all-action fighter out of Philadelphia.  He gave us thrilling fights and became world light-heavyweight champion in the late 1970s.  He spent the last years of his life homeless, doing charity work, and fighting ALS.  He died last May and fans of his are trying to give his gravesite a tombstone.  You can help.

A GoFundMe page was set-up to help get  Saad Muhammad a tombstone.  As of right now, the fundraiser still needs just under $4,000 to complete the task.  If you’re interested, please go to http://www.gofundme.com/p5o104
