Week three of my training didn’t go well. It went so badly that I don’t even want to discuss it, but I made a commitment to write about my experience, so I will write a summary. Here is a very brief summary of what did and didn’t happen during my third week of comeback training.
The plan was to get three days in the gym. Three solid days of training with Coach Jose Toledo. His training sessions are pure quality. The rest of the time I would train at home in my garage: heavy bag, speed bag, shadowboxing, core work, etc.. All that as well as jogging before work. However, life once again, found a way to throw road blocks into my trips to the gym. I was only able to get one session with my coach early in the week, then stuff happened. I’ll leave it at that.
The good news is, week four is starting off well, so hopefully I’ll have better news for you next week as well as some video.
