BOXING 4 FREE exists for two types of people. The first type are those that are broke. The second are those who have no access to a boxing gym because they live in more remote areas. Regardless, if you want to learn how to box, then BOXING 4 FREE is for you.

    Let me say this as clearly as possible... boxing instruction ain't cheap! You usually have to pay a monthly gym fee which can be $35, $50, $75 or more a month. On top of that, many gyms require a year long contract and a down payment. I work in the real world, therefore, I know how hard it can be to pay bills and gym fees.

    If you want to learn the finer points of boxing, you'll need a trainer to work with you, one on one. A trainer may charge $15 to $50 an hour! Try doing that when you're only making $8.50 an hour with gas, electric, car payment, and/or rent hanging over your head! It's darn near impossible and just plain unfair. So for those of you that cannot afford a boxing trainer, BOXING 4 FREE is here for you.

    After I moved out of New York City and into the farm lands of Pennsylvania, I decided to continue my boxing education. It took me 4 years to find a gym with boxing instruction. FOUR YEARS! I had to drive an hour to get there! Thank goodness I had a vehicle. So for those of you that cannot just walk down the street to the gym, BOXING 4 FREE is here for you.
